Permanent Market Stand

 

Just as we have a goal of moving the women we serve towards economic self-sufficiency we have set the same goals for ourselves. Our major supported employment opportunity is a market stand from which we sell produce that the women we work with grow, and baked goods that we make in the farmhouse kitchen.

 

Our vision of building a permanent market stand was realized in 2014!

 

 ~ Anticipated Results:

 

A permanent market stand should dramatically increase our sales capacity and the comfort of our clients and volunteers who we serve and depend on. As we develop our work sites and job training programs we will be in a position to create jobs for some of the women we serve. At the same time, these worksites will generate an income to fund the operating expenses of our transitional housing programs.

Special Holiday Hours and Order Deadlines: 

Thanksgiving Week only open Tues 11/21 and Weds. 11/22

Re-open Thurs, Nov. 30th.

Thanksgiving Orders are due by Friday, Nov. 10th.

 

Christmas Orders are due by Friday Dec 15th.

 

Haven of Hope will close for vacation the first week of

January 2024 and will re-open the following Thursday, Jan 11th.

 

Open year round, Thursday through Saturday: 9am to 4pm

Now closed on Sundays

When the store is closed, the kitchen is still accepting orders!

Book Haven of Hope for a bake sale at your church, organization or business. Schedule pre-order sales for delivery to your business or event. Our women will deliver the goods, set up and make the sales!
