Please download all the registration forms and fill in blanks. The forms should be brought to the leader's meeting at the farm on June 9th, at 10am. This is also the registration deadline.

If unable to attend leader's meeting, please mail registrations to

19 Cemetery St., Fonda, NY, 12068, and email Pat Brooking at pbrooking@nycap.rr.com by June 9th, 2018, will email leaders the additional information they need. 

At the leader's meeting we will discuss activity schedules, and a list of things for volunteers to bring.
